IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR NEW ACCOUNTS
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that allows us to identify you. We also may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

New Statutory Lien Regulation
If you are in default on a financial obligation to us, federal law gives us the right to apply the balance of shares and dividends in your account(s) at the time of default to satisfy that obligation. Once you are in default, we may exercise this right without further notice to you.
